I've been riding these tires for years. The last three I've gotten have all had identical factory defects. Each tire has two 1mm x 1mm x 1mm plugs missing from the tire right about the center of the tire. They're about an inch apart. They're difficult to see - until you spot them. Mine had a thorn inserted into the hole. Not good. Yup you can inflate the tires and they ride fine. But comparing these to last year's tires this defect is a new thing. Defective tires on bikes are dangerous - and Continental said it's not their problem. Amazon refunded one of these, but Continental referred me to their distributor who said they won't help. Just make sure when you buy these you don't get defects, because if you don't find them within Amazon's refund policy you're out the money. Bad quality control. Dangerous product until fixed.
