Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

After researching several credit cards I decided that this would work the best as I don't have a need for travel miles etc. I applied online and received a quick response that they needed further information and to call an 800 number. I did and they (AMEX) could not find my application. I was told I could apply over the phone and they transferred me to that dept. They told me that I could NOT apply over the phone for the "Business Prime" card and to try to submit the application again. So....I called Amazon support and they were no help at all. Just transferred me back to AMEX who still cannot find my application. They suggested that I reapply online. I clicked the link to reapply and it says that I already applied and I can try again in 30 days. I still have yet to receive an email that indicates I applied, AMEX still cannot find my application and now I am looking for a new business card to apply for. Seriously, do not waste your time...
