Be very careful when buying a SharkNinja blending system. The guarantee is ONLY for the operating motor. Anything else is NOT covered. I bought the Ninja Mega Kitchen System a few months ago and was able to use the blender and the single serve jars. It's noisy, but it does blend well. However, when I used the 64oz processor jar for the first time it broke down (look at the photos). I called SharkNinja for a replacement and was surprised to hear that they do not back their product. I would have to pay $64 + taxes + transport to get the jar replaced. Even though I used the jar correctly and only once!! I'm extremely disappointed with this brand as I expected the premium pricing to also provide higher quality standards and certainly a higher customer service. I do not recommend SharkNinja products and believe it makes no sense to buy another jar, suffer the same issue, and not have any coverage. Think twice before buying this product. You may regret it as well, and you may have a extremely expensive blender worthless in a couple of months.
