I just received this product. Purchased two weeks ago. Paperwork stated their was a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase. That means the 15 days of 30 are up on the return. Need a return number and can't get customer service. Paperwork stated that I owed 5 more payments. First I had seen this mentioned. Decided that I didn't want this product. Did not take it out of the box. Paperwork informed me that if I didn't pay or refused item that I would be subject to restocking fee, other fees, maybe lawyer fees, on and on. Stated that the company would not take it back if I didn't have a return number. Customer service open only until 5:00pm. I do not get home most days until 6pm. I don't like the threats this company makes. I can't get their return number. It is going back and if they choose not to accept this item back then it will be in mail limbo as far as I am concerned. This is fraud and will be reported to the Better Business Bureau and has been reported to my credit card company. I stopped payment and I am sure I will receive more threats. I would encourage everyone to stay away not unless they want to play games with this company. I will take this as far as I have to. I have a lawyer too. Let the games begin.
