Save your money, can't get parts and breaks in a year.
I bought two of these units a few years ago, they only last a year, and can't get parts for them since no model # or manufacturer list (unless you can read Chinese <grin>). So I have gone to a simpler solution- use baking soda in distilled or reverse osmosis water, seems to work fine, be sure to test the ph so you don't overdo it. One other note- consumer reports taught me that these electronic machines turn out Alkaline water by using ionic electrical difference to separate water into acidic and alkaline- so in very pure water (D or RO) , these machines don't work. Purest water doesn't even conduct electricity well- now there's something you didn't know.
Conclusion- RO water is best, D can take minerals away from your body. Alkalinity is important, best is just eat living foods- Read "Living Foods Lifestyle" (vs eating junk and try to fix the acidity with machines / additives.) Save your money for buying better food <grin>
