Tampered with and re-sealed. Slit in the top of the seal. Bought another on Amazon to make sure and it didn't have this. I did open the plastic. Card packages appear to have been re-sealed as well but I didn't open them. I have extensive pictures and compared to a sealed version I just got on Amazon directly. My first Pokemon box, was going to be a Christmas present for my son. Sweet.
