I'll start with the positives then move on to the negatives. Pros: The parts are very well marked and the instructions are crystal clear and easy to follow. Cons: 1. The packaging is poor - the parts move around in the box under transport and four parts were damages upon arrival. Pics attached 2. The leveling feet do not screw in on the level - and some of the holes have "bumps" that act as stoppers and some do not - so the feet themselves would not be level even if the screwed in correctly. 3. I spent two hours putting this together on my own and when I got to one of the last steps - installing the adjustable sewing shelf - found that it is not level. I checked my installation and it is correct. The parts are manufactured unevenly. Pic attached 4. I called customer service after I opened the box and left a VM as the person's message said they were temporarily away form their desk. It's four hours later and no return call yet. 5. When I discovered the shelf would not level I decided to try their website as per their instructions to see if that might get a faster response. Typing in their web address yields a "site is no longer available" message. I'll edit this post if things change for the better - but so far I would suggest steering clear of this product. Dreading having to deconstruct the whole thing, pack it and ship it...
