As many other reviewers have stated, right out of the box, when it arrived in the summer of 2020, I noticed it was too heavy for its flimsy case to serve as a stand. Instead of sending the product back immediately, like I should have done, I wasted several months trying to get a stand or bracket system which worked. Now when I've finally gotten around to properly testing the product, I find that it will not communicate with my Windows 10 computers. I am using the 5 volt 3 Amp adapter which came with the product in the "PD" port, and a micro USB cable in the port labelled "USB." I've tried switching the power cable to the other USB C port, but nothing works. Always the "No Signal." Then: "Power Saving Mode" followed by the black screen of death. If it has a menu, I have never seen it. It dies too quickly after being switched on. Moral: The moment you see any type of problem with an Amazon purchase, send it back immediately! Always test electronic equipment within a day or two of receipt! To add insult to injury, after I originally posted this review on April 24, 2021, Newsoul waited until November 18, 2021, to email me with the information that their product had a one year warranty. So they deliberately waited six months after I posted my review, which clearly stated that I had purchased the monitor in the summer of 2020, so there would be absolutely no chance I could take advantage of their alleged warranty!
