Just to clarify, the amp itself has nothing to do with the sounds being generated for backing tracks: your phone or tablet is creating/synthesizing the sounds and Bluetooth-ing them over to a receiver in the amp. So the quality of the Bluetooth (connection, latency, etc.) plays a big part in the jam that you're playing over. I found that quality to be miserably lacking in all repects. The bass turns into mud whenever the AI bassist goes for the lowest strings, and the drum sounds sound like a drum machine from 20 years ago. Part of the problem with the bass notes is the cabinet: you simply can't get good bottom end out of an amp the size of a toaster oven. I expected better. Great idea, I'll admit, but, yes, it needs A LOT of work.
