The angle that the guitar sits is ridiculous. It sits so far back that you can't put his stand anywhere near anything, it's constantly in the way because of the radius of clear space it needs. You can't get closer than 3 feet from a wall. Not only that it doesn't sit all that securely in the stand. It may work better for an acoustic but my electric sits terribly in this stand. I want to find one specifically for an electric and not a one size fits all like this one, the arms are way too large (to accommodate acoustic) for an electric to securely stay put. I cant believe it got such good ratings. See my pictures. It's absurd how far back it sits. I am really upset about this purchase.
