I NEVER leave reviews on products I purchase, but this one is necessary... this does a POOR JOB CLEANING! Just got engaged so I decided to buy this to keep my ring looking sparkly! Well it does not do a good job at all! I only wear my ring on The Weekndends, so basically it’s not all that dirty. I’ve used it 5x since I purchased it. My ring always has a “dull” look to it after I remove it from the machine. I’ve followed all the operating instructionS, which are simple and basic.. put the ring under a magnifying glass and couldn’t believe all the crud left on it. I immediately used a jewelry cleaner with a brush.. the old fashioned kind where a couple stokes of the brush and Wella.... the ring was sparkling and the crud was gone. Looked like the it did the day I got it! Very disappointed in this product.
