DO NOT BUY THIS! IT WILL HARM THE ANIMALS. The cage itself is quite sharp and when I caught a squirrel to relocate it it had robbed the hide off of the top of its head and you can nearly see his skull. I was totally mortified since my only purpose was to trap them and re-locate them. He was hurt for sure. And I wanted to slam my hands in the car door over and over for doing this to this squirrel. PLEASE DONT BUY THIS TRAP. Try maybe a plastic one? Or just learn to live with nature? I’m never doing this again. I contacted Amazon about this product and I’ll be checking up on it in a week. This product needs not never be sold again. They are refunding me after I return the aweful things.
