Received this product in September of 2020. Took a bit to learn it, but it worked well. For two months. It powered off while making a cup of espresso, and will not power back on. Return date closed October 8. Emailed customer service at the supplier, received an automatic reply, no contact from them since then. Guess I have a $300 doorstop, and will not be buying any of their products. Update: December 15, 2020. Have emailed them three more times, no reply. Tried calling their service number twice, on hold for over 30 minutes each time without talking to a person. Tried Amazon chat to resolve issue (purchased from Amazon Store), was told they couldn't/wouldn't do anything to help. 3 year warranty is worthless. Sold under the Sunbeam brand. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. UPDATE February 1, 2021 Finally received a return shipment label middle of December, shipped it back to them. They received the defective machine on December 28, 2020. Have not heard from them since, despite my more than weekly emails to them. Their "3 year warranty" is as worthless as their service and product. Again DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE, OR ANYTHING FROM THEM.
