These are my results...
I charged these batteries upon delivery using a nitecore i2. I then took 4 batteries and put them into a 4 cell holder for 18650 type batteries and connected them to a load drawing 250 ma. After 5 hours, the voltage across the battery pack dropped off dramatically and quickly. I repeated the procedure with ALL the batteries in 3 groups of 4. After this I charged the batteries and repeated the procedure, giving the benefit of the doubt to see if cycling would improve the situation...IT DID NOT. The simple math is...5 hours at a 250 ma draw equals 1,250 MAH...DEFINITELY NOT 5000 mah as the batteries are labeled !!!! I tend to agree with the other low ratings of this product. as these CANNOT be 5000 mah. I will state, they all charged to 4.12 to 4.16 volts BUT did not hold up to the stated rating. My recommendation is to stay away from these and Amazon should drop this item to avoid potential dissatisfied customers. These are the worst and most misleading batteries I have ever tested.
