This is my first time writing any kind of review for a product and sadly it will be almost all negative! I agree with many others that the Bagster is a great product - it suited my needs perfectly (downsizing and moving)but then came the customer service nightmare. I used two bagsters within weeks of each other. The first bag went off without a hitch - filled it and it was picked up within 3 days (as they advertise.) The second bagster pick-up was nothing short of a disaster. 15 days after I placed the order for pick-up and dozens of phone calls later they finally picked it up. Customer service at Bagster is horrific - the customer service reps seem nice enough but they hap They have no authority to do anything except listen and then when you push hard enough they'll connect you (after a 20 min hold time both times)to a manager whose party line is "due to the demand and our success in your area..." Makes you wonder if business is so good why they're not expanding their fleet of trucks? Anyhow, they finally picked up the bag, gave me a "20% customer satisfaction discount" (Are they freaking kidding me?)and left me to deal with an angry former landlord and the loss of a security deposit. Never again. Waste Management needs to get their act together and change their advertising, empower their customer service staff and buy more trucks if they want to rise above this negative impression that they've left on consumers.
