Huge fire hazard!! I bought these cables and they were good for about 4-5 months before my son started complaining that he was getting shocked when plugging in his device. I didn't believe him at first, but then I got zapped! Threw that one away. Then today, 7 months after purchase, the cable sparked and started to MELT the plastic around the port. These cables are poorly constructed and even though they were used properly, they transmitted electricity to the point of melting a cable and nearly lighting a fire in my home. Buyer beware!!
