Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Amazon has changed up its Gift Card Reload Program. The Eye Candy leaves me, a regular Gift card reloader, underwhelmed. Indeed, it looks and feels more confusing. The underlying tech seems to have changed. Previously both the amount of the reload and the 2% cashback showed up quicker. Now the reload transaction took a little longer to show up. The 2% Cash Back took even longer to show up. Amazon failed to have announced the changes ahead of time! Given the changes, the transaction should not slowed down and the 2% Cash Back should have been instanteous as it was previously. Can't say I can blame other customers more alarming bad reviews. I join those saying, if it wasn't broke, why change it? The explanation could have been given in the announcement that didn't happen. I'll continue to use the program and monitor the situation.
