I run a BnB out of my home and purchased this Hanging Chaise Lounger to use by the pool. I had to return the first one because the cushions came ripped. When I called to have them replace the cushions they said I had to order a whole new chair and take the cushions off of the new one and return the chair itself. This seems totally ridiculous and such a waste of time and money (shipping costs, UPS guys dragging it all over the place-DUMB!) But I did it because I needed to replace the cushions. After being outside for a few weeks it started to rust and a few weeks later the cushions were completely faded. I put it away for the season and just pulled it out again. I felt I couldn't have such an eyesore for my guests and called BCP again asking to purchase yet another set of cushions and canopy. They said they couldn't help me and I had to call Amazon. I really don't understand this because I just want to PURCHASE another cushion set. Amazon couldn't help me and a Supervisor even called BCP to ask where I could purchase new cushions and they said they didn't have any. I advise anyone thinking of purchasing this swing to RUN the other way. BAD BAD customer service and an even worse product!
