First of all this pan is not a non-stick pan as you can see in the attached photo. I purchased for cooking omelets and crepes. When I went on line to register my product, that's when I found out that the "Life Time" warranty that the Never Stick Premium Cookware will NEVER stick, chip, or flake is in actuality only a 5 year warranty. When I called and spoke to the customer service representative I was told that the "Life Time" warranty only applied to cookware purchased from their web site. So I told them that I would return this one to Amazon and purchase one from their website. The rep back-peddled and told me that the warranty had to be purchased at check out. I told him I was at check out and ready to click the purchase button but there wasn't an option to purchase the warranty. It was then that he told me the warranty is for 5 years and that if the pan was replaced that the warranty on the replacement was only 2 years. There is no Life Time warranty I would definitely not buy anything who uses such deceptive sales practices
