It's a presale
Nowhere did it say that this was a presale. I expected to watch this Christmas special on Christmas instead I'm out a few dollars and have to find something else to watch. THis should have been significantly more clear. You should not be able to process a purchase without having the product available or have a check box saying the customer understands it is a pre-sale.
