Both my 4 and 2 year old liked it (I had to add some ovaltine to my 4 year old because he complained about the green color) I was happy with it and subscribed to delivery with amazon, until I read the whole list of ingredients. It has carrageenan-research links carrageenan to gastrointestinal inflammation, lesions, and even colon cancer in animals. Individuals with Inflammatory Bowel Disease or other gastrointestinal disorders are cautioned to avoid this ingredient as it can make symptoms - and inflammation - even worse. Do your research and decide for yourself. I have IBS and won't give products with carrageenan to my children.
