Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Ok, you got me, the 4-5 star reviews sucked me in... and then I realized the REQUIRED app has 2.1 stars. How is this possible? If only 2 of 5 people can successfully use the app, then there's no way almost 5 of 5 people love this product. Has to be a scam. So anyway, I downloaded the app. Spent 30 min trying to figure it out (it didn't work, and i'm moderately tech-savvy) and decided to send back for a refund. Would NOT recommend.
