If I could give this zero stars I would
The machine has not worked correctly since day 1. Getting a response from their customer service is a nightmare. Repairs take an average of 1-3 months. I’ve had 3 separate issues in 1 years. I’ve only been able to actually use the freeze drier a total of 5 months since it was purchased in 4/2020
