Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

This review is for people like me that pay a lot of attention to negative reviews. First I look at the 1s and 2s to see if there are common themes, like battery life sucks (oh, no, that is the most important thing!), or, "it is cheaply made and broke right away", stuff like that. Then I look at what percentage of reviews are less than a 4. If it is more than about 5 percent I have reservations and usually will not purchase. Only after I am satisfied that I understand the downside do I look at the positive reviews. And, for this shower head, only 2 percent of reviews were less than a 4. And there were no common themes. And, this is the most important thing, the company owner responded to every negative review with an offer to replace or refund (never seen that before), and stands behind his product with a 5-year money back guarantee. The shower head arrived quickly - thanks Amazon Prime - and I had it installed in 5 minutes. I gotta say, this shower head is great! Swivels? Check! Multiple settings? Check! Can I remove the flow restrictor? Check, but the pressure is great and I did not have to! I like it so much that I bought another one for my other bathroom! Two more things: 1) I did not receive a discount for writing a review (how do you sign up for that anyway?), in fact the price listed for this product today is less than I paid for mine, but that is ok, and 2) My real rating is a solid 5! I made it a 1 to reach you, the skeptical buyer. I hope the owner will forgive me for the false, low rating, and hope the comments above offset the hit from the 1 rating.
