I chose this to replace my Calphalon non-stick saucepan after the surface was broken and started to break free from the pan. I looked at many options and thought this would be a good replacement with the ratings and the warranty, but I'm not having the great experience others are. After a little over a week, my pan developed little oxidation spots. I use it regularly for boiling salted water for pasta, reheating soup and then I rinse it off and put it in the dishwasher. After the oxidation started showing up, I tried using SOS pads (steel wool scouring pads) to remove it but it wouldn't budge. I went to their website and submitted a customer service request, and nobody responded (yup, I checked my junk mail)... I don't like hassle and my time is precious to me. So here is my review of their product and their service because you shouldn't have to chase them down to do the right thing. I have only had this pot for almost a month now.
