I live with Fibromyalgia and this product was recommended to me by a relative who saw it online. I read through the reviews and was inspired by all of the positive ones of people with Fibro, Gout, and other chronic pain conditions who experienced lasting relief. I ordered it to try it for myself, took the recommended dosage of 2-3 servings per day, for 2-3 weeks. I did it religiously and experienced no difference in my usual muscle tension and soreness. I guess it doesn't work for everyone, and people who live with Fibromyalgia already respond differently to most medications and treatments. So not for me, but good luck to everyone else! I hope it provides you with relief! I did really like that it was sugar free, alkaline, and organic/natural. So I respect the product, but did not experience any benefits. :(
