got this from amazon directly , not a 3rd party on amazon.com and it was fake. Amazon started processing my refund request within minutes. couldn't be happier with amazon. the problem with these batteries is most of them are fake. i might give it another shot, or might just walk into a store and pay the full suggested retail price. we will see. still need another battery. but still thank you amazon.
