Okay, so the first time I purchased a package of these they were great. Although they were a different size, but you would think they all come from the same place. The last few times I ordered a package of 12 - 33.8 fl oz. Here is the problem. The first time I received this size, the bottles came with scratches on them and looking kind of worn. I chalked it up to manufacturing and didn't think about it again. The next time I ordered them they came worn significantly more than the first, which I thought was kind of weird after looking at bottles in store that were crystal clear and never have a spot on the bottle. I started noticing that the water tasted different than usual, which may have just been in my head. But when you pay that much for a specific water, you don't expect them to come dirty. I let it fly, and ordered another monthly package this week, and low and behold it got worse. These came "all sealed in the box" but after opening they are really dirty, have some type of liquid or wax dried on the outside of them, and the plastic stickers on the bottles are coming off. Either essentia has really dropped the ball, or someone is filling essentia bottles and resealing/selling them themselves. Something is not right.
