Honestly one of the worst products I've ever purchased. 1) The lights are too bright even on the lowest setting 2) There is a lot of lateral light leakage. If you're a side sleeper you get piercing light into your eyes because of this 3) The light is unfocused it turns into some sort of blob. Its sometimes hard to keep your breath in sync because of this 4) Poor build quality. The plastic feels cheap, the bottom lid doesn't line up evenly, and often doesn't respond to the first touch or assumes I double tapped when I didn't. 5)Blue light, gotta love when the company sends me an email to avoid computer screens before bed but then uses blue leds for their product I would rate this hire because I like the concept, and I get the feeling it would work if executed by a capable team. However, my cheap flashlight doesn't have the aforementioned issues so it can not be that hard to hire someone in China to execute this product to a higher standard. The inventors should be ashamed of their product. What a ripoff
