I purchased a replacement toner cartridge for my Brother MFC-L2750DW All in One Machine. This current purchase came in a box with indicated it was a Brother TN-730, the correct replacement model. However, the machine did not recognize the new cartridge and I had to call Brother Customer Service for assistance and the immediate problem was resolved. But, as the Brother representative pointed out, the cartridge is NOT the TN-730, it is the TN which is the 'starter cartridge', meaning it will not print a 1200 page yield. So, I did not get what I paid for. I am not sure where the 'switch' came but all I know is that Amazon sent me a TN (lower end) cartridge in a box labeled as TN-730. I feel I am due some corrective action on the part of Amazon. We buy a lot from Amazon and it is 99% good. This is the exception and is disappointing for me as a customer.
