I purchased this Berkey in January 2017, so it is much too late for me to return this. Look at their description: "The Imperial is made with High Grade 304 Stainless Steel". Well today February 14 2019, while I was washing some dishes I noticed a family member left a strong magnet laying by the sink, so to move it out of the way, I attempted to stick the magnet on the so called stainless steel Berkey filter canister. The magnet dropped to the cupboard and I saw the Berkey is NOT made of steel because steel is magnetic. So what dastardly metal do we all know of which is non-magnetic?---ALUMINUM! Much to our horror, we realized we were drinking water that sits in this metal that destroys health. This is the level of advertising that warrants a class action law suit in my opinion. I am SO upset.
