I usually wait a few months before I write a review on a product. And I’m definitely glad I did so in this case. Aside from the fact that you can’t use the plug in the top outlet of a power socket if you also want to use the bottom one - which is extremely annoying but not insurmountable - I thought I’d found the perfect power strip. Whoo-boy was I wrong! I bought this on 10/21/18, and today (01/20/19) I spotted something that made my stomach drop. In TWO different places on the cord I found burn marks, both on the protective plastics, as well as THROUGH it all the way to the wiring. Not ONCE did the switch trip or give ay other indicators that something was wrong. I only found this by ACCIDENT while looking for something else that should have been in the same area, but wasn’t. Instead, I found a burned up, STILL DRAWING POWER, power strip. My freaking house could have burned down, and as a severely handicapped person, I might not have made it out in time. So NO. I DO NOT reccommend this product!
