easy up .. once you learn the folding trick its golden.. update 7/17/17 no warranty at all per coleman Just spoke to them and was informed this item has NO warranty what-so-ever. went to use it for the 4th time and one of the internal supports is broken. Since its what appears to be 1 pc each on the pole supports its not a DIY fix so I called to get a warranty started. That's when they told me it has no warranty zip. zilch .. zero.. nada.. for that.. I have to take it from a 5 star to a 2 star... Great idea, great to use and loved it but you cant really love something even the mfg doesn't love enough to stand behind for ... Im not expecting a lifetime , but 12 months.. 6 months.. 90 DAYS.. nope .. they made it and then its see ya later..
