Update and Buyer Beware: I had originally given this product a 5 star review. I was so satisfied with the original unit (Model 30342 DR) received a few weeks ago that I purchased a second unit from the same vendor this week. When the second unit arrived, it quickly became apparent that I had received a different model unit. It was still a "Titanium" but the most recent unit received this week is missing a key feature that I needed; a "watt" selector that allows you to lower the wattage setting so you can run 2 units at the same time without popping your breaker. Upon further investigation, I noticed that the original manual was dated 2015 while the most recent manual is dated 2014, so I believe that I did not receive a "2015 Model Year" as advertised on my 2nd order. The vendor has responded promptly but told me "not to pay attention to the manual dates" with a long explanation as to why that doesn't matter, but failed to provide me with a satisfactory answer to address why I am not satisfied with the 2nd unit, so, needless to say, while I am still satisfied with the original unit, I am no longer happy with the vendor nor the most recent product. I am pretty convinced that the 2nd unit is a 2014 model year and the original unit was a 2015 model year. So buyer beware, it may have been a simple mishap, or either the vendor or the manufacture may be trying to unload older product. I am frustrated because I can't seem to get a straight answer from either NuWave or the vendor, so I can no longer recommend this item. If things change, I will update this review.
