So my 7 month schnoodle has been eating Blue Buffalo rice and chicken puppy food for a couple of months and no problems with vomiting or diarrhea. Well, bought some Blue Buffalo puppy food from Amazon and not a third party seller. I noticed the dog food morsels looked different, larger in size and lighter color from Amazon. I fed it to my puppy and she started to have looser stools with every feed. After about 24 hours of feeding the Amazon dog food, my puppy started have explosive diarrhea in her kennel and a small amount of vomit. I let her tummy rest and skipped a feed. Then gave her rice and chicken for the next two feeds and then tried Blue Buffalo bought from a local pet supply store. No more explosive diarrhea!!!! I am under the impression that the puppy formula either changed or this is a counterfeit product. I will not buy dog food on Amazon again!!! I contacted amazon and customer service was awesome! They refunded my money and also investigating the dog food product and their vendor, as they take counterfeit products seriously. I thought I was saving some money on Amazon and got cute puppy covered in crap! My walls also got some backfire, too! Buyer beware!
