I had this on my iPhone 13 Pro Max for about a day. It seemed okay at first and I was glad to have something protecting my camera lenses, but I quickly found that the extra layer of glass affects the camera. Sun flares are stronger, since the glass isn't coated to reduce glare. I was at a concert at night and the camera kept having focus issues even though the stage was well-lit. The camera would lock up like it didn't know what to do and just get stuck on a soft focus - this happened multiple times. I realized it might be the lens cover and tore it off and I had no more problems the rest of the concert.
