Might work in a pinch if you have nothing else (Second Update: Don't trust the reviews)
I ordered this while undertaking some engine repairs. I was really hoping it would be helpful and figured at its worst it would still more or less get the job done. Unfortunately I was wrong.
The first problem is the solitary WiFi interface that only works with a proprietary app. It would have been great to have the option to hook this up to a laptop through USB or at least RTMP and have a larger screen. But even on a smaller screen, the app would continually kick back to 720p instead of holding the 5 MP the camera is rated for (I'm guessing to maintain a seemingly stable connection).
Even then the frame rate was so slow that it was nearly impossible to get a clear image of what I was looking at. The slightest, unavoidable camera shake, which wouldn't have been a problem at 30 fps, resulted in maybe 2 blurry images a second. The only way to prevent it was to have the camera cable resting on something within a foot of the camera itself. This was on a 5 GHz connection with the phone within 2 feet of device.
Finally, I suffered constant WiFi disconnects at most every 5 minutes, but usually 15-60 seconds. I would be contorted over the engine trying to twist the camera in the right direction and the image would freeze. Then I'd check my phone to see it obtaining the IP address as it attempted to reconnect, wait another 10 seconds, reopen the app, get back into position over the engine and then wait for it to happen again.
This was brand new out of the box. At one point I thought maybe the battery was low, so I charged it overnight but nothing changed.
Outside of those issues...
When I was able to get a stable 5 MP image, it was quite crisp and clear.
LEDs provide a good amount of light for how small they are, within a short range. At the advertised 16" they don't do much.
Good cable length for if you need it, but if you don't it makes it hard to manage. It all depends on your application.
As far as accessories, I tried the mirror but not the magnet or hook. The housing for the mirror is poorly designed and cuts down visibility to maybe half of your screen. The LEDs also illuminate the housing, causing the main image to darken.
The app is difficult to manage. It's easy enough to connect to the device's WiFi through your phone, but once in the app you have to manually type in the network name and the password to be able to connect instead of the app searching your currently connected network. Even as a compromise, it would be a nice option for the app to list the currently available networks for you to choose from. On a more nitpicking note, it would be nice for an option within the app to control the exposure so that when you have the LEDs reflecting off of a close surface barely within the image, it doesn't darken everything further away that you're trying to see.
All in all, it seems like good camera hardware paired with bad software or bad software with bad WiFi hardware. If the manufacturer could work on that side of things I think they have a shot at a good, competitively priced product.
Update:
Added another star because their customer support is amazing and they took care of the situation.
Update 2:
So I *thought* they took care of the situation. They contacted me directly and made a refund conditional on giving them 5 stars. Don't trust the reviews on this. Removed 2 stars.
