Set this camera up to auto switch between day and night vision. Would start recording with lights on, fine. Turn lights off and it switches to night vision, fine. Turn lights back on and it stays stuck in night vision, does not switch back to day vision. Called Amcrest 3 times. First time they said do a hard reset (which requires removing the dome). That did not work. Second time they said shine a flashlight at it for 2 minutes. That did not work. Third time they said camera must be defective, so I could ship it to them and they'd replace it with a "fully tested one." No thanks, not interested in a refurbished camera to replace one I just bought new. Returned to Amazon for full refund instead. Will avoid Amcrest.
