This machine now does not work. I turn it on and it just runs in circles, stops, beeps, and turns off. Just 5 days past the 30 day return policy. I've used it probably 15 times. Sometimes this is great! Sometimes I want to return it. It's like having a 2 year old helping you clean. You rescue it, put it back on track, and a few minutes later it is beeping at you again for help. When I have guests coming over after work, with only an hour to make the house look like a normal human lives here, it is helpful to turn "Chester" on and let him do a light sweeping. I have a German Shepherd/Husky cross so there is A LOT of hair on my wood floors. "Chester" has helped with my sanity in that regard. Even if he gets stuck while I'm out, a little bit of sweeping really does help keep the fur-dust-balls down through the week. A few minor tweeks around the house (cutting loose tassels off a rug, blocking off part of under the couch where he was always getting stuck, tucking cords and wires out of way, etc.) have helped keep "Chester" cleaning.
