I took 6 capsules a day & after 2 weeks my aching tendinitis vanished. I felt better had more energy, no headaches. I was also fasting so I was getting the FULL affect of the oil. My only complaint is that it did make me burp quite often & I could taste the oil with every burp. Sadly I didn't keep my regimen up after the first month. I'm definitely going to start back taking them & practicing a better diet. The pills won't work by themselves people! Your food is your medicine. Remember that! Peace & Love❤️ UPDATE: I’ve been buying these pills for a long time now... & though they have mostly been good I am highly upset about the last 2 bottles I received!... I was fixing to buy another bottle & something told me to go look at the pills I recently bought from them... the pills look like fish oil pills, they are so light & the bottle was half empty!... in the picture I have placed u can see how the pills gradually have gotten lighter & lighter! First bottle of pills were, $32 the second & 3rd bottle were $22... so from now on when the price decreases I won’t be buying cause so does the potency
