I’m not sure where to begin with this product, but I will do my best to give an honest review. Arrival: The package arrived on time and there were no damages to the fire pit. So, I have zero complaints about that. Assembly: This was fairly easy to assemble. I had to ask my wife to hold one or two things in place, but other than that, just follow directions and you should be good. Value: You get some heavy duty stuff that seems like it would have lasted a long time. I bumped a few of the leg pieces and there were no dents or scratches made by my stupidity haha. Reliability: This is where this product failed. After an hour of screwing stuff in, trying to understand the directions, and eventually getting the last part in place. I learned that mine didn’t even work. So, I decided to trouble shoot everything myself before I called support. I returned the new propane tank I just purchased for a different one, and it didn’t work. Next, I tightened the valve connecting the propane tank to the burners. Then I hopped online and read every troubleshooting technique that I could find, and nothing worked. Finally, I called support and lo and behold, a rude woman on the other line. She cut me off every few sentences, because “well, it should be working.” And after 15 frustrating minutes with her, she eventually hung up on me. So, I took everything apart and decided to return the fire pit. Conclusion, I would have LOVED this fire pit and I understand things may not work properly because of shipping, manufacturer defect, etc... But if you have rude support, you better bet I will return something without question.
