I’m on the third episode and I really am bummed. The movie meant so much to me groaning up because it represented girls playing ball. Three episodes in and there’s been very minimal baseball. It’s more about the sexuality of girls. I really don’t care who you love I just wanted to see women represented playing sports. It’s now turned into who’s gay and who is straight. I just wanted to watch some kick ass girls play ball, have a few laughs, and remember a childhood memory. I wish women could be represented and sports movies like men. Those movies are always about the love of the game not their sexuality. Why we always have to over thinking over sexualize what it means to be a woman in sports. I might keep watching and hope that maybe through this series somebody will play more than five minutes of baseball.
