If I can save only just one person from the Hell I went through, it's already worth to write this review. I was diagnosed with HPV Cin3 and I read a lot of promising reviews about this product regarding the help it can provide to fight w the virus. So I bought it and I took 3gr/day as it's advised for HPV. We just bought a house and moved to a new area, we were under a lot of stress that comes with this kind of life change. I never ever had anxiety before, it was even hard for me to figure out what I am feeling not much after I started to take the pills. But it wasn't strong and very occasional, my husband said probably I am just stressing out because of the move. And then in the mid-September boom, a full-on anxiety attack started, tightening in the chest, elevated heartbeat, continuous pressure in my gut, fight or flight mode on day and night. Couldn't eat, couldn't sleep in 5 days in a row. I stopped all my vitamins thinking maybe something causing it. Slowly I got better, and I started to take only one of my vitamins again (cause that was the most important for my HPV), AHCC. 1 week later, boom again, got the same symptoms, I went without sleep for 7 days. None. not even an hour. nada. I barely was able to take care of my kids' basic needs. I spent $$$ for natural anti-anxiety supplements, reading hours about anxiety, started to take Xanax, signed up for consulting.... etc. I didn't understand what's happening, me, a happy, good sleeper woman one day flips around 180. I am still not OK, but at least I found out the reason. Under mental stress, AHCC increases sympathetic nervous activity!
