This chair was very comfortable, so I was pretty mad that I had to return it. We bought three of these chairs and all of them had the same problem: the leg rest was impossible to put down while you're sitting in the chair. For two of the chairs, we had to somehow stand up without lowering the leg rest, and then push it closed. Not very practical. The third chair was even better. We couldn't even get the leg rest to lock in place once we were standing. I had to flip the chair over and push it closed.
