This skillet has given me pretty good performance. Nothing seems to stick, and what appears to stick really doesn't - it just wipes clean, no problem. The ONLY problem that I can relate is that the bottom of the skillet warped a tad. Since every aluminum skillet I've ever had did this, I'm not too concerned about it, but I did knock it down to only 4 stars for it. Followup: After a few months, the porcelain has worn out and the skillet is no longer 'non-stick', not to mention that it finally warped too much to use. Most things get 'sticky', and everything leaves a brown stain that required elbow grease to remove. Not good! I won't buy another one. I will drop my rating from 4 to 2 stars. I at least got a year from all my PTFE-coated skillets.
