This is a horrible product and does not do what it promises. I did not buy it from Amazon, infact, i purchased it from the late night infomecial. Worst mistake ever. First, one of the things that sold me was the TV magic. Im talking about the 1000 pounds of sumo that they show sitting on the sofa. All i can say, Bull!!!! I always have people over and after about a week of two people on my love seat, 2 weeks after receiving it after about 3 times that i hosted get togethers, they cracked and were no longer were rigid enough to hold any amount of weight, much less two sumos weighing 1000lbs. Honestly, after being let down, the way that i fixed my problem was measuring the dimensions of my couch under the cushions and purchasing a piece of plywood and cutting it to the specs I needed. Our couch cushions are plush enough to not even feel the make shift fix underneath, and since we changed the color of our living room we bought seat covers to aid in the concealment of our home made fix. Even without the covers you can make the changes without anyone notiticing. We only added seat covers to match the new color of our living room. In summary, this product is a waste of money, do it yourself if you can. I did and it feels like a new couch. I regret ever blowing money on this product.
