Let me clarify...I love this product and have had multiple over the years. Great little work horse. I am now returning my 2nd back to Eureka. Out of the box the switch did not work. Second replacement vacuum worked 3-4 times and the switch went again. Called Eureka agent said there had been issues with the switch going bad....Hope they get this cleared up...great product!
