Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I read all of the reviews I could read, both on Amazon and online, and watched all of the videos. I was convinced this would be a good drill press for me. I set it up according to the instructions and upon my first use it started making a horrible noise. I set it aside for a few days until I could get back to it and started it up again to run under no load. In about two minutes the motor started smoking and I had to put it out with a fire extinguisher. Having said that, I realize that every company can have a lemon every now and then but my big problem is that I tried contacting WEN customer service several times and got ZERO response. Nothing! Amazon customer service was awesome in arranging the return but WEN customer service is completely non-existent. This certainly makes my decision easy as to whether or not I will ever buy a WEN product again. I won't. Not because I think their products are all bad, but because if something does go wrong I want to know there is a customer service department available.
