purchased the e-card for $150 without checking out the review, and for sure it turned out to be a disaster. the card didn't work and said it was already partially or fully redeemed. Before I bother Amazon, contacted Apple, who gave a clear answer saying that I should contact Amazon since that's where I bought it from. Tried the chat with handful number of ppl with a final hopeful offer saying that they escalated the issue to the gift card dept, who will resolve it and issue the refund. After 3 days of waiting for answers I get a new agent in the chat just simply to say the refund is not available because the card is already redeemed and that i need to deal with Apple. excuse me Amazon? u can't refund because the card is already claimed? that's what u sold to me and that's why i was going thru this nonsense over a week now, then I'll need to go to the apple store in person and hear what they will say. if the card was not a defect i wouldn't even have to bother this much. I've been a loyal patron to amazon with proactive advocacy over decades and this was a very huge disappointment, and it's going to totally change my shopping source. Scoff all you want Amazon. I'll be diligent with sharing what I went through.
