I have used plugin diffusers for the last 5 years. The brands I have used are Feliway and Comfort zone, never have I had a melt down problem with them. After only less than 2 weeks, the Thunderease plugin used up all the oil in it and started to melt. The other two brands lasted one month each before needing a refill and they never overheated or had a melt down, something is seriously wrong with this diffuser!
